Our average gift basket prices are between $39.99 to $55.95 and up.

We continually run our offer of 10% OFF of any gift basket order placed, just mention the 10% OFF when you place your order.

I'm not sure what I want, can you create something for me?
Absolutely! This is what we enjoy the most, creating your gifts.
We work directly with you regarding your orders so that we get your specific details on building your gifts.
Custom Designing your gift is at no additional cost.

Can I send a personalized message with my gifts ?
Yes, all of our gifts come with a special occasion gift card. When you call and place your order
one of the questions that we ask you is, What Message would you like written on the card ?

What types of payment methods do you accept?
We accept, VISA, MasterCard and DISCOVER - Effective 01/01/08, We do NOT accept American Express
We accept personal checks/corporate checks/money orders and you can order on-line through a secured server.

When will my credit card be charged and do I receive a receipt?
Gift Solutions by Kim.com will charge your credit card through a secure authorization at the
time you place your order. Your order will automatically be completed and transferred securely to us for processing.

When you phone us to place your order, we will ask you for your name and address so that
we can mail you out a copy of your receipt.

Do you offer any Balloons? SEE BALLOONS HERE
Yes we have balloons for order. Mylar Balloons are $3.00 each and colored Latex Balloons are .75 each.
Unfortunately, balloons cannot be shipped.

NOTE: Hospitals do not allow Latex balloons in the buildings, due to patient restrictions such as allergic reactions. However; Mylar balloons are acceptable.

Will my gift look like the one shown on your website?
ABSOLUTELY, the only changes that will occur are the colors, textures and enhancements that are
added on your gift.

What hospitals do you deliver to?
We deliver gifts to all local hospitals in the Syracuse area.
These include: St. Joseph's, Crouse Irving, Community General & University Hospitals.

NOTE: Hospitals do not allow Latex balloons in the buildings, due to patient restrictions such as allergic reactions. However; Mylar balloons are acceptable.

What if a gift that I want to order is out of stock?
Actually, this almost never happens. If we don't have something in stock then we go and get it for you. This is why we are your Gift Solution.
We make every effort possible to satisfy you and give you what you want.

If we cannot get a particular item then we reserve the right to substitute that item for something similar.
Of course we will always call you to let you know.

When will my gift arrive to the recipient?
Your gift will always arrive the same day if you order by 11 AM EST.
We proudly provide you with the least expensive delivery fee, a flat rate of $7.00 in the Syracuse area.
The delivery of your gift if it is being shipped depends on the destination it is going to.

Do you collect sales tax and what is the amount?
New York State law requires us to collect sales taxes every quarter, New York State Sales Tax is currently rated at 8%.

How long do the gourmet foods/products stay fresh in my gift basket?
All gourmet treats are packaged tightly and will stay fresh for approximately 6 to 8 months.
